Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Custom orders take 5 business days to produce before shipping. Shipping time is additional. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the US.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, non-custom items in original condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom orders. Customers must sign off on personalized or custom orders before shipment.
How do I start a return?
To request a return for a non-custom item, email pmoody207@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for your request. We’ll review your request and send return instructions. Personalized and custom orders are not eligible for returns.
